  • New employee safety orientation and successful completion of a written safety test.
  • Ongoing safety training modules such as foreman safety training, OSHA-10 hour, confined space, trenching and excavation, aerial lift training, fall protection, electrical safety, forklift operation, overhead cranes, first aid, CPR, and NFPA-70E.
  • Weekly "toolbox talks" with field personnel to discuss current job site safety concerns and topics.
  • Participation in a drug-free workplace program.
  • Use of a daily pre-job hazard analysis program to identify and eliminate of potential safety concerns prior to the start of work.
  • Constant monitoring of job site safety conditions, utilizing dbo2SafetyNet tracking software.
  • Performance of job site safety audits by our safety team, using integrated software to predict and prevent worksite injuries.
  • Value-based employee involvement program.
